About these terms
By placing an order at zeetian.com you agree to these terms. Product prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include free worldwide shipping unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received. For bank-transfer orders, we confirm receipt manually, so processing begins after the transfer reaches our account. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
Custom Design Service
Our Custom Design Service costs $20 per design. After payment, contact us on WhatsApp (+86 133 5640 7630) with your idea; we prepare the artwork and colorway within 3 days and refine it with you until you are happy with the design. The $20 covers the design service; printing and product costs, if any, are quoted separately before you commit.
Shipping & after-sales
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. In short: shipping is free worldwide, and quality issues reported within 7 days of delivery are covered by a refund or a replacement. We do not offer any additional guarantee beyond what that page states.
Products & images
We take care to show true product colors; minor differences caused by screens and lighting are not quality issues. Branded and anime-inspired items are sold as pictured and described on their product pages.
